Please make sure you've seen the Book Float instruction sheet and poster page that goes with it. Your child can choose any appropriate book to be represented on their float. The float must be built to withstand two "parades" on the day of Open House. I won't have time to fix any broken floats that day.
Remember the float must include:
- A base with wheels
- A setting showing where the story takes place
- The main characters of the story
- Props or objects that let us know what the story is about
- The title, author, and illustrator
- YOUR CHILD'S NAME
